On this page we would like to give you an insight into Mitraspera e.V. and its members.
Our community consists of the numerous association members who actively create content, develop new concepts, participate in workgroups, maintain content, present the association, and have fun in joint meetings and discussions.
The two official organs of Mitraspera e.V. are the board and “Team Hintergrund” (team lore and mechanics. Both bodies work closely and intensively with numerous workgroups (AGs) on our association’s goals.
The three-person board takes care of the administration, legal representation and management (§27, Paragraph 3 BGB) of the association. This is an exclusively voluntary activity.
In addition, it is the task of the board to promote the association’s work, to support a lively community within the association, and to monitor compliance with the statutes.
The current board was elected at the general meeting on November 22th, 2022 and consists of Christian Wagner, Joschka Krüger and Kathrin Kohlmann.
It is possible to join the association as an active member or a sponsoring member at any time.
“An active member of the association can be any person who is able to contribute to the fulfillment of the association’s purpose through active participation and who recognizes the “Vereinssatzung” (association’s statutes). In addition, they should have created content that is suitable for fulfilling the purpose of the association and that is made available to the community in accordance with the “Satzung” (statutes). “
“Anyone who supports the association’s purpose and recognizes the “Vereinssatzung” (association’s statutes) can become a sponsoring member of the association. Sponsoring members have no voting rights at the general meeting. ” Vereinssatzung, §3).
In addition to writing plot, lore and settings, there are other exciting opportunities to actively participate in shaping and maintaining the world of Mitraspera and to support the goals of Mitraspera e.V. We therefore warmly welcome all people who want to get involved.
In the meantime, in addition to the board and “team lore and mechanics”, the association’s activities are already organized in seven workgroups in which our hard-working members have initiated and are continuously working on an extremely large number of exciting projects – from admission processes, website design, internal communication, and social media support to strategy development. The club members look forward to further support and new impulses at any time.
